Winning the 2024 AIM WA Pinnacle Award for Corporate Social Impact Excellence has been a truly transformative milestone for Illuminance Solutions. The recognition has elevated our profile across both the business and social impact sectors, reinforcing our commitment to using technology as a force for good. It has also opened up new opportunities to collaborate with purpose-driven organisations and amplify our work in digital inclusion.

For our team, the award has been a powerful affirmation of their hard work, passion, and dedication to social change. It has fostered a renewed sense of pride and unity, reminding us all of the value in building a diverse and inclusive workplace that reflects the communities we serve.

We were honoured to nominate The Waalitj Foundation as the recipient of the $20,000 leadership and development training grant. Their work in empowering Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities through education, employment, and business support strongly aligns with our values.

This contribution has further deepened our connection to the community and inspired continued action in support of equity and opportunity for all.
