The training has been and will be used across the organisation for operational staff and senior management. We’ve completed “Ways of Working with Aboriginal People” and “Effective Stakeholder Engagement” courses and going forward the training is likely to be very mixed across a number of themes including Design Thinking, facilitation, networking and influencing and Project Management Fundamentals.
We’ve found AIM WA to be very accommodating and supportive – ensuring we maximise this incredible opportunity. As a relatively new NFP, we simply don’t have the budget for professional development, so the grant is incredibly valuable.

The $20,000 training grant has already begun to make a meaningful impact on our organisation, enabling our team to access valuable development opportunities. As we continue to use the grant throughout the year, we expect to see even greater benefits as staff build skills in their respective areas of interest and expertise. We’re confident this ongoing investment will strengthen our team’s capability and support continued growth across the organisation
