Rio Tinto - Testimonial

Rio Tinto is extremely proud to receive the Corporate Social Responsibility Excellence Award in recognition of our long-term partnership with the State Library of Western Australia.

Our partnership began in 2005 with a shared vision to influence intergenerational change in literacy outcomes for WA families through the Better Beginnings program.

We firmly believe that access to quality education and training can have a real impact on an individual and their community, which is why education is a core focus of our community investment program. Our research is showing that Better Beginnings is making a difference.

Winning this award has reinforced the value of this partnership and the positive impact of Better Beginnings for the Western Australian community.
