The West Australian Customer Service Excellence Award provides recognition for an organisation that has achieved outstanding results through key initiatives that demonstrate leadership and commitment to excellence in customer service.
Entry to this Award is open to all organisations across the corporate, government, community and not-for-profit sectors in Australia that have a significant footprint in Western Australia.

WA Country Health Service - Testimonial
The WA Country Health Service was honoured to win the AIM WA Pinnacle Award for Customer Service Excellence in 2019. The win recognised our outstanding team in the Midwest for their demonstration of leadership and commitment to engaging with consumers and the community.
One of the challenges faced by WA Country Health is engaging in a meaningful way with communities dispersed across 2.5 million square kilometres of regional Western Australia. This award win acknowledges the work of the Midwest team in actively involving consumers and community members in innovative ways.
The proactive use of web based platforms, Patient Opinion and Facebook, has enabled consumer feedback in real time, helping to drive improvements, build connections between consumers and Country Health services and empower local communities to have a greater say in their healthcare.
The WA Country Health Service chose to donate their prize to the Leukaemia Foundation in recognition of their dedication to helping those with Leukaemia, Lymphoma, Myeloma and related blood disorders, survive and live a better quality of life.

Customer Service Excellence Award Winner 2018/19
Each Award category will comprise of a judging panel of between six to eight business leaders with expertise relevant to the Award. The judges will consider entries against the stated judging criteria and produce a shortlist prior to determining the category winner. For more information click here.
The recipient of this Award will receive leadership and management training to the value of $20,000 to donate to a charity of their choice*, as well as an engraved Pinnacle trophy.
