VisAbility were absolutely overjoyed to be recognised for the Human Resource Management Excellence Award. It has reinforced that our culture transformation efforts are moving in the right direction. We have been building a culture of high trust, and a commitment to personal and professional growth is a key component to building a high-trust culture. This award will take us a long way to honour that commitment. One of our people priorities is to build critical skills and capabilities in the organisation and the $20,000 prize money will be invested in building these skills. We will be able to focus on our emerging leaders and equip them with the skills to be successful. This is a great opportunity for our staff to have access to some world-class courses as AIM is known for building leadership skills and leaders.
