Black Swan State Theatre Company - Testimonial

We were thrilled to have received the 2018 AIM WA PERDAMAN Pinnacle Award for Workplace Diversity Excellence. The announcement was made on the same night as the opening of our encore season of You Know We Belong Together, a joyful celebration of community spirit celebrating the lives and experiences of seven artists living with Down syndrome.

In addition to the work produced for the stage, Black Swan State Theatre Company strives for gender parity, diversity, and First Nation representation both on and off stage, as well as in key leadership roles.

We thank AIM WA for this opportunity and PERDAMAN for their support in leading and acknowledging the importance of diversity in the workplace.
